Designing both the interior and the exterior

It is not uncommon for the exterior of a building to be designed by an architect and the interior to be subsequently designed by an interior designer.  This lack of integration can result in expensive adjustments to both design and construction. 

At Wolf Designs Australia we believe that both the interior and the exterior need to be integrated in the design from the outset. For all clients we provide both interior and exterior design. Essentially we provide a two for one service.

Spending money on good design work is more than just a luxury, it is a good investment and insurance against expensive mistakes.

A Wolf Design is a green design

You don’t need to ask for a green design when you use our services because thinking green is a natural part of every Wolf design.

We incorporate green building practices into a project from the very beginning because decisions made during the early design stages set the project's direction. Even the smallest design changes can deliver real environmental and economic benefits.

Choose your designer carefully!

We believe that there are 3 fundamental steps to choosing a design firm:

1. Look at their work. It may not necessarily be to your taste but should at least be interesting and of high quality.
2. Meet the designers. Every project is a relationship between client and designer. It is important that there are no personality clashes. This is also an opportunity to gain insight into a designers experience, design approaches and methods. Evidence of experience and qualifications should also be provided. Designers using the title of architect, for example, must be insured and registered to do so.
3. Don’t take their words and images at face value. Probe deeper by speaking to people who have worked with your chosen design firm. Photos can also be deceptive - try to visit real past projects. A good designer can provide potential clients with testimonials and addresses of past projects to visit.
